Chef Patrick has been in the industry for 20 years, working his way through all levels of the business... From Prep cook to owning a Bistro in Newport Beach... And now Executive chef at Kenos, Chef Patrick's career has been exciting thus far.. We can't wait to see what he continues to create!

Patrick has an incredible work ethic and passion for food that make him a perfect fit with Kenos and Canyon Catering.

Renee Bock

General Manager

Renee is one of the hardest working people we know!  We've loved having her as part of the Kenos family for the past 15 years! Renee has been our General Manager for the past 9 years.Renee leads by example.  She leads with her work ethic and her always-smiley/fun attitude. 

Fun Fact:Some of the best Kenos Dessert concoctions have Renee's sweet tooth to thank... ;)

Steve Cooper


Steve Cooper has been an active member of the food industry for over 30 years. After over 20 years at Kenos, Steve's passion and tenacious attitude led him to open Canyon Catering. 

Steve's tenacious attitude and dedication to his family and upholding his values, are just a few of the reasons why Steve is so  well-respected by the community and other members of the industry.  

Steve's favorite meal: Tie between the Patty Melt and the LEGENDARY Fried Chicken.
